Order Processing and Shipping Information

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We require 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it is delivered to the shipping units.   • Other countries: $15 to $20

Shipping Times:

  • Average warehouse processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Standard shipping/transit times: 2-6 business days

Destination Transit Time:

  • United States and Canada: 2-5 business days
  • Worldwide: 4-7 business days

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The price of the product includes tax. And we can ship to multiple addresses.

  • The tracking number for my order stopped updating. What happened? We provide tracking numbers for every order. If your tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for assistance.
